Describe the Abolition Movement:with growth of cotton industry in early 1800’s slavery also grew. By early 1800’s many opposed to slavery began to speak out against it on moral grounds
Describe the Education Reform Movement: because of so many private schools many did not go to schools. Reformers wanted to start a public school system from tax money.
Describe the Reform Movement for Women’s rights including the Seneca Falls Conference: in early 1800’s women were supposed to influence and make a difference. In 1848 elizabeth cady Stanton and others organize the first women’s rights convention called Seneca fall convention
